In the monsoon session of the Legislative Assembly beginning today, Finance Minister Nitin Patel presented a budget of Rs 2,04,815 crore for the financial year 2019-20. Finance Minister Nitin Patel made a speech before presenting the budget. He thanked PM Modi and Amit Shah on behalf of the people for the victory in the Lok Sabha today.
What did the farmers get?
The state government has introduced the budget today. In which farmers have disclosed some provisions for power connections, crop insurance and other loans. Finance Minister Nitin Patel said that under the Prime Minister Farmer Honor scheme, Rs. 1131 crore has been given to 28 lakh farmers. Besides, provision of Rs. 7111 crores for agriculture, farmer welfare and co-operation department has been made. Also, 2771 new posts will be filled for implementation of rural level scheme, out of which 1121 vacancies will be filled in the current year. Take the bank loan and said that farmers receive loans of Rs.15, 000 crores each year and farmers are financed at zero percent rate. In the budget, provision of more than Rs 952 crore for agriculture loan has been made and Rs 1073 crore has been allocated under crop insurance. Besides, the farmers have to pay Rs. 234 crore has been allocated. In which 32 thousand farmers will be given assistance. In addition to this, a provision of Rs 750 crores has been made to increase the spread of micro irrigation. Apart from this, new power connections will be given to 1.25 lakh farmers in Gujarat and farmers will be doubled by 2022 in the state.
Special announcement with water resources
Last year, in the state, due to low rainfall, people had to suffer. Now the government has started potable water supply scheme in the state. Water will be delivered to the house in the next five years under the 'National Seal Scheme' scheme. Under the scheme of Najt Sejal, Rs 20 thousand crore has been allocated. 6595 crore has been allocated for the Tanmada project. Besides this, more than 25 dams and 100 check dams of Saurashtra will be filled with water from Narmada water. Recycling of wastewater wastes will be utilized in agriculture and industries. Rs. 750 crore for micro irrigation in the state and Rs. 220 crore for water accumulation pipelines. In addition, the government has allocated Micro Irrigation It has also announced increase in the state. Micro Irrigation in 18 lakh hectare is done in the state. 11.34 lakh farmers Crowe will benefit from irrigation. By 2022, people of all the people would get accommodation in water and all the people.
What for fishermen?
For the development of fisheries, Rs 20 crore for development of Mangrol, Navbangar, Veraval, Madhwad, Porbandar, Sutrapada Fisheries Port, Rs 150 crore for VAT subsidy for fishery boat diesel consumption and Rs 18 crore for Kerosene assistance.
What do you want for employment?
The budget has been made keeping in mind the employment of the state. The government will recruit 60,000 new employees in the next 3 years and 70 thousand new Sakhi Mandals will be created. The government has allocated Rs. 700 crore for the construction of Sakhi Mandals, and now the employment under the CM Entrepreneurship scheme will be generated. 15 lakh youth will be benefited by various employment schemes. In addition, under the Mundra scheme in 3 years, 50 lakh people will get benefit. When the youth get employment they will get a loan of Rs 31877 crore.
Health Ads
In this budget, provision of Rs. 10 thousand 200 crores has been provided for the health and family welfare department. This scheme will benefit the state's 4 crores. The government has provided a provision of Rs.110 crore for the community health center. In the Vatsalya Yojna, a provision of one thousand has been provided. In the health department, 8600 people will be given jobs. The government has provided Rs. 25 crore for Jamnagar's GG Hospital, Sardar Vallabh Nagar. 10 crores for the hospital and Rs 5 crores for the Maheshana civil hospital.
Government has announced the beloved daughter's plan
In this year's budget, the government has announced a scheme called 'Daughter Daughter'. The scheme has been allocated 133 crores. Families with income up to Rs 2 lakh will get benefit of this scheme. The girl will get benefit of this scheme from the first two children of the family. And at the time of admission in standard 9, 6 thousand rupees will be given. Apart from this, the government will also provide a grant of Rs 1 lakh to the daughter when it is 18. Besides, the government will also give the money for higher education and marriage.

Finance Minister Nitin Patel has presented the complete Kalyan budget of Gujarat. In which Nitin Patel has made many big announcements for education, in which he has allocated Rs 30 thousand 45 crore for the education department. Apart from this, many advertisements have been made for the education department. In which new universities, school construction, mid-day meals, Sanjeev Yojana, Triveni scheme, Right to Education, Virtual Class. Yuva Swabhiman. Releases solar energy
The state government has emphasized green and clean energy in the budget. Under which renewable energy is aimed at up to 30 thousand MW by 2022. The government has announced a new solar routing plan. It will provide 40% subsidy to the planters of 3 kilowatt plants and 20% subsidy for 2 to 20 kilowatt plots. A provision of Rs.1000 crore for solar energy has been made. The benefit of 2 lakh families will be directly benefitted.
