Independence to decide the fees for private schools
The Ministry of Human Resource Development has given a draft constitution to the National Council for the New National Policy (NEP) to implement the recommendations of the Indian education system in the syllabus. This draft includes recommendations for the formation of the National Commission for Education and the restriction of private schools to raise fees as per their wishes.
The draft of the new policy has been advised that private schools are free to decide their fees but they can not make a profit according to this, many suggestions have been given for this.

Uttarakhand's former Chief Minister and Haridwar Lok Sabha MP Dr. Ramesh Pokriyal Nishank took over the charge of Human Resource Development Minister on Friday and the committee handed over the draft to him. The policy draft states that Indian contribution to knowledge and historical context wherever relevant, will be included in current school syllabus and textbooks.

The draft of the new policy has been advised that private schools are free to decide their fees, but they are advised not to profit by the will. The committee has emphasized that the Ministry of Human Resource Development will be named as the Ministry of Education in order to focus on teaching and learning.
It has also been said that India should contribute to mathematics, astronomy, philosophy, psychology, yoga, architecture, medicine and governance, governance, society. It has been said in the draft that on a regular basis, the National Education Commission or NEC should be made to evaluate, assess and improve the education of the country.
